Q1: Are you NDIS approved?

A1: We are not NDIS approved, but we have had many successful cases of our agents working with care providers to obtain funding for our products. If you wish to apply, please contact us.


Q2:
Do you offer any kind of financing, installment, or hire purchase plan?

A2: No, we do not offer any financing plans at the moment.


Q3:
Do you have ready stock available?

A3: As long as our website does not show that the item is "Sold Out," 99% of the time it means the item is available. The 1% of the time when that's untrue is when multiple customers try to buy the last piece simultaneously.


Q4:
How fast can you deliver?

A4: If you live in a city where we have a local sales agent and the agent has stock on hand, delivery can be within 1-2 days. However, if you are located in a place where there is no sales agent, we will ship it directly from our HQ in Singapore, which will take 7-14 days.


Q5: Can your electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters be used outdoors?

A5: Our electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters generally perform well on hard, relatively level surfaces such as indoors, concrete pavements and asphalt roads. They do not do well on soft, uneven surfaces such as grass, gravel, or sand.


Q6: Are your motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters rain-proof and waterproof?


A6: Our electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not waterproof. 
Never expose them to heavy rain or wash them by pouring or spraying water over them, as it could cause irreparable damage and void your warranty. Light drizzle for a short period of time is acceptable, but not for long periods.


Q7: Can your power wheelchairs and mobility scooters climb slopes?

A7: Our products are designed to climb safely at the gradient specified in their specifications. Any steeper than this is unsafe for the user, and we do not encourage it.
