In secondary school, a teacher asked for volunteers to assist a classmate in navigating the school with his crutches. Little did I know, this simple act of kindness would lead to a lifelong friendship and a business opportunity.

Years later, as my friend transitioned to using motorized wheelchairs, he shared his frustrations with the industry's lack of customer care and support. Prices were exorbitant, there were no display sets to try before you buy, and repairs took a long time. His lamentations sparked the idea of Falcon Mobility.

Falcon Mobility revolutionized the motorized wheelchair industry by transplanting a retail practice common in consumer electronics—allowing people to try before they buy. This approach not only enhanced customer satisfaction but also set a new benchmark for accessibility and transparency.

By leveraging digital marketing, we minimized rental and manpower costs while maximizing outreach, directing traffic to our low-rental locations. These savings translated into lower prices for our customers.

Today, Falcon Mobility has evolved into a full-fledged, omnichannel distribution company. I am grateful that one random act of kindness decades ago resulted in a financially viable business opportunity that continues to transform the lives of thousands by helping them regain their mobility freedom and independence.
